Welcome to Bowral’s new favourite cocktail bar, where the food and drinks are a work of art. The Parting glass was created as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, with a vibrant and cozy space to enjoy a seasonally stylish menu of world-class food and cocktails. So come in and enjoy the show, watch on as we create a masterpiece and then bring it to your table for you to enjoy with your favourite people.

Our owner and bartender Andrew has decades of experience all over the world, and is nothing if not meticulous in his creations.
